to the web site of the Belgian Chapter of the Society for Technical Communication (STC).

The Belgian Chapter consists of about 50 members from a variety of professions. We organize Events that are of interest to members of the technical communication community. If you would like to be kept informed by email of our activities then please sign up for the mailing list.

Through the web site we hope to provide employment assistance in the Jobs section in which employers can post vacant positions and technical communicators seeking work can indicate their skills.

The Resources section aims to share information about a range of topics, such as education, tools and vendors, interesting sites and other communities. The value of this section will be greatly enhanced by your contributions.

STIC On Tour meeting

On April 25th, the STIC (NL) is organising a "STIC On Tour" meeting at the University of Twente campus in Enschede

The theme is "The Internet as a platform for Technical Communication", chaired by Dr Thea van der Geest.

Four presentations will be given, showing how to make complex information available over the Internet, and how various demographic groups use the Internet.

The university offers lunch, at 12:30. Program starts at 13:15 and ends at 16:30.
